The appeal of new construction – a brand new home which your family is the first to own – is undeniable. According to a Trulia report, two in five Americans prefer new homes to existing homes.
New homes and communities are plentiful throughout Northeast Florida and most builders have sales offices set up and equipped to assist prospective buyers. It’s no surprise that many in the process of buying a new construction home wonder if they need or should use a Realtor.

“The biggest misconception – buyers assume they can get a better deal on their purchase and save money on a commission if they purchase without a Realtor. The buyer who purchases a new construction home without a Realtor’s representation has nothing to gain and plenty to lose.”
